Dr. Jessica Pierre-Chery, Psychologist

Dr. Jessica Pierre-Chery is passionate about supporting adolescents, young adults, early career professionals, and women of color in navigating the complexities of mental health. With expertise in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma, Jessica uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help her clients overcome their challenges.

Dr. Pierre-Chery is dedicated to empowering individuals who struggle with self-doubt, decision-making difficulties, and persistent worries. She specializes in helping those affected by past traumas and disappointments, which may hinder their sense of self and ability to pursue their goals. Her approach is grounded in understanding that reaching adulthood doesn’t always equate to feeling like an adult, and she works to help her clients explore and overcome the fears and obstacles that prevent them from achieving their heart's desires—whether that’s advancing in their careers, being vulnerable in relationships, or building confidence.

Dr. Jessica will be Level 1 certified in IFS soon, further enhancing her ability to offer this modality to her clients. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, singing, and taking walks, which provide her with balance and joy.
