    Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic interviews and evaluation.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

  • Provide your preferred treatment modality (individual or couples/family therapy). 25 or more appointments per week.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment planning.

  • Engage in continuous education and professional development.

  • Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards as established by the American Psychological Association and the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

  • Licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and therapy.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of psychological conditions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
